200! So we can handle quite a few! Nevertheless, we are always looking for new trainers to strengthen our team with new areas of expertise or new languages that are important to our clients. Achieving an ideal 'match' between a client or training project and a trainer is key when organising trainings. If you work in the financial sector, a trainer with feeling for the sector is an enormous added value! We can only achieve this 'match' by knowing our trainers well. This is why BLCC organises sufficient training moments and informal moments via the BLCC Academy. Moreover, we aim to realise 80% of our training hours with a core team of trainers we know personally.
