Being passionate about your profession!
Native or near-native knowledge of the language.
You believe in technology to make the learning experience richer and more efficient. Experience with virtual teaching or willing to be fast-tracked into this is a must.
You are willing to get familiar with the BLCC philosophy, as you will work as a BLCC trainer with our clients who have consciously chosen this philosophy.
You are interested in business.
You pursue a long-term collaboration.
Independent status is ideal, but not strictly necessary.
