We can count on more than 200 freelance language trainers. Each trainer has his own expertise in a particular field, has his approach and style.
Impossible to know all 200 of them equally well. How do we solve that?
We realise 80% of our training hours with a core team. We have contact with these trainers several times a week and know better than anyone which client they are a good match for and which they are not.
Sometimes we choose a trainer because of a particularly strong language didactic approach. Sometimes experience in the field or expertise about a specific language domain is decisive.
We build up a client-specific trainer team for large projects and long-term partnerships. In this way, we guarantee the best match, every time.
