Success coaching can be seen as active coaching on the e-learning platform. E-learning is so crucial that we can assign you a dedicated coach - if you wish, of course - who focuses solely on your e-learning activity. He guides, directs and motivates you to get (and especially to stay) started on the platform. Your trainer is the person who guides you during your lessons; your success coach will mainly guide you on the e-learning platform. Naturally, trainer and success coach work closely together to achieve the best Learning Mix for you.
