Grammar and vocabulary will be dealt with as appropriate for your goals. But it doesn’t stop there. Learning a language is about more than just grammar rules and vocab. The culture is important too. For example, you learn why you should address your Spanish-speaking business partner using the formal usted . “Understanding the Spanish culture and mindset is just as important,” says our Spanish language trainer. The siesta might seem like a cliché but that doesn’t make it any the less important. That is why you should aim not to schedule a meeting between 12:00 and 14:00.
