What exactly does a language screening involve? What will be discussed during your interview? And what will you receive afterwards?
The screening is not just a level assessment. During the interview we also gauge your goals for the course, set priorities, look at your background, studies and experience with learning other languages. We inquire about your learning preferences and we also take time to check your availability.
A screening is a telephone conversation of 10-15 minutes, preferably in the target language. If you do not have sufficient command of the language, the screening can also be done (partly) in your mother tongue.
The screening report gives you an idea of how you have progressed, what your level is and what final goal you are aiming for. This also enables us to determine the right Language Learning Mix: the most efficient and effective solution to achieve your goal in order to perform your job better and with more impact in another language.
