Through Mtech+, there are several options to financially support your BLCC language training:

• Boost your Talent
  This training is specifically designed for employees who wish to improve their Dutch, French, English, or German in work-related situations, through a combination of self-study and personal guidance. The training is completely free.

• Career development fund
  The Career development fund provides financial assistance for employees under Joint Committees 209 or 111 who independently enrol in a course for which they had to pay a registration fee. The maximum support from the career development fund is €1,000 per employee per year.
  
  You can use your professional development allowance for online language training on Squidll (read more).

• Training grants (by province)
  As a company in the metal and technology sector, you can receive financial support for the training courses you organise yourself.
