It is best to cancel 48 hours in advance for your face-to-face training or 24 hours for your virtual class. Do you cancel later? Then this is considered late cancellation and you will be charged and lose that session. Why do we do this? Our trainers work on a freelance basis for BLCC and we like to look after them. By charging for late cancellations, we can still guarantee them an income.
