Fonds 323.

Fonds 323 – the Guarantee and Social Fund for the Real Estate Sector – supports caretakers in apartment buildings, employees working for associations of co-owners (VMEs), staff of property management offices and domestic staff (Social Fund for the Management of Buildings), as well as employees of estate agents recognised by the BIV.

Do you work in the real estate sector and fall under Joint Committee 323? Then you may also be eligible for financial support for a language course with BLCC.

How much is the intervention budget?

Fonds 323 provides financial support for the training of employees in the real estate sector.

Personal training budget
Employees covered by PC323 are entitled to an annual personal training budget of €850. This covers the reimbursement of training courses you wish to follow with other training providers (i.e. not through Fonds 323).
Company training budget
Each company also receives an annual company training budget (formerly in-company training), calculated based on the social security (RSZ) declaration for the last quarter of the previous year. This budget is intended for training courses that companies organise themselves. Please note that these courses must be approved in advance by the sector consultant for your region.
