How do you download BLCC Conversation Coach and log in?

You receive a welcome email from BLCC to download the app: 
  • Open this email on your smartphone and tap Download the app to download the application from the app store (Android or iOS).  
  • Open our email again and click Log in to log in automatically. You can also log in manually using the credentials in the welcome email.
